Quality customer service and a truly...‎‎

I found National door to be the epitome of ethical business. When I called and asked for a quote on how much it would cost to replace the springs on my garage door they gave me a single price quote. The receptionist, who by the way sounds like a little piece of sunshine, asked me a few questions regarding my garage door and springs, after which she was able to determine the grade/type of springs I would need and how much they would cost. She then included labor and the result was that I received for a quote a single price. Other places I called gave me 3 or 4 prices for various aspects of the repair. For example the other places would only tell me a range of $50 to $150 PER SPRING for my springs, and then a service charge to come out and look at my springs, usually between $30 and $80, and then an "Hourly rate" for the repair. Mind you the service charge was JUST TO LOOK AT MY SPRINGS, not to actually DO anything. Supposedly, if I had teh work done then

A Great Service - Truly Professional‎‎

National Door restored my faith in good fair service. Dan came out right away, He took the time to educate me on what was broke and what needed to be fixed. He fixed the broken spring fast and professionally .The price was more than fair. He replaced the spring and gave me pointers on what I can door to extend the life of the door and door spring. He didnt try to sell me extras. I called another service, they hadn't looked at my door and were already hinting at I would need a lot more fixed than what I told them was broken. I would recommend Dan and National Door to everyone. If you want Fast , Great, Fair Priced, Knowledgeable Service National Door is all that and more.‎

Replaced both torsion springs on our garage door. Very friendly on the phone...price was a set fee rather than charging by hour of labor or such...lower price than the other two places I called.

Appointment was made very quickly and they were able to come out the next morning. Repairman was early and called to make sure that showing up early would be OK.

Very friendly repairman who gave advice on the garage door and what to expect from it in the upcoming years.

I would use them again for any future work I need done.

I needed some service on my garage door. I tried several things and it wouldn't close using the remote.

I called and set the appointment with a very helpful scheduler.

Typically, with this type of repair service, they show up late. Especially since my house's address isn't on Google maps. The appointment was at 11:00 AM and lo and behold, he drove up the drive way at 11:00 AM.

It took him a few minutes to figure out what the problem was, then made a few adjustments. It didn't work so he replaced a part. Still didn't work, so it tried another adjustment. It worked. The surprise was he went back to the part that he just installed and said "let's see if the old part works, that way it won't cost you as much." He put the old part in and everything worked.

He saved me money on the repair and was extremely honest. The biggest part of this was that he was on time and fixed my problem quickly.

I would strongly recommend this company to anyone!

The guys at National Door were very quick, they fixed the issue, told me the cost upfront and din't try to squeeze more out of me, and actually helped fix some small issues without charging extra for it. They were also the cheapest of everyone I called. Definitely recommend them, and will definitely call them next time I need someone.

Over the weekend I talked to the owners of National Door, Dan and Johnette. Dan took the time to go over all of my concerns and answer my questions. Shonna called me on Monday, scheduled my service and your technician came out and replaced my springs. He was knowledgeable and extremely professional. I talked to two other companies before calling Natinal Door. It is too bad I wasted my time with them. I should have just called you guys. Thanks for the great work. There are not enough service companies these days that really care about their customer. After talking to National Doors Sales, Dispatch, and Service departments they are on the top of my list in customer service. I was amazed on how professional this garage door company handled all my requests and on a Saturday too. I will highly recommend National Door to all my friends and family. I had the pleasure of working with the owner of National Door, Dan Pevarnick. He was extremely professional and helpful. He walked me thru several concerns I had about my garage door and tried to trouble shoot me through my problems to save me a trip charge. Now days that is so important. After a few minutes with him on the phone my problems were solved. I thanked him so very much and told him I would be calling him back in the next 6 months to replace my doors. National Doors Service man called in the AM and showed up for the service call on time. He took time to walk me through the complete service and showed me how to maintain my door to keep it working smooth. They charged me exactly what they quoted over the phone, no additional anything. My car was stuck in my garage and within two hours of calling National Door they moved their schedule around and fixed my garage door.
