Federal Tax Energy Credit

Energy Tax Credit Information:

Northwest Door garage doors that qualify for tax credit under the Energy Improvement and extension Act of 2008 are listed below.

In order to qualify for the credit the door must be installed on a qualifying homeownre's principal residence which has an insulated garage space and must be put into service between January 1st, 2009 and December 31st, 2009. A credit of 30% of the material cost is allowed up to a maximum of $1,500.00 for all home energy improvements per household combined. New construction dose not qualify.
