 Once a Month Garage Door Maintenance & Inspection. 

  • Manually operate door. If it is unbalanced or binding, call a trained door garage technician.  
  • Check to be sure door opens & closes fully.  Adjust limits and/or force if necessary.   See your manual. 
  • Repeat the safety reverse test. Make the necessary adjustments.  Refer to your manual. 

Once a Year Garage Door Maintenance

Oil door rollers, bearings and hinges with teflon tryflow lubricant.  The opener does not require additional lubrication.  Do not grease the door tracks.
