We recently got a new garage door, tracks, and opener through National Door. Everyone I have spoken with from the company has been excellent. In particular, our salesman Ken has been amazing, and we have been very grateful for his help.
When I was first researching doors and suppliers, I reached out to several companies. I was surprised that some never responded to my inquires. Even one who came to our home to give an assessment and estimate never replied to my followup emails requesting additional information.
Ken, on the other hand, was extremely responsive, and answered all of our questions. His depth of knowledge about the various doors, and potential installation issues in our garage was impressive, and very helpful. He was open and honest about the current lead times for various products, and let us know which ones have been taking an unusually long time. He was patient with my questions and changes, and provided multiple options and quotes until we had made our selection, and then kept us in the loop throughout the process.
Once the door arrived, the installer from National Door was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and left the job site spotless. We were amazed that he could remove the 35 year old, heavy, rotting door panels, and install the new 16′ door by himself, but he made it all look easy.
A few days later, we noticed that the manufacturer had provided the wrong top panel for our door (which is apparently a brand new design, and the frames of the glass sections did not exactly line up with the solid panels). Ken responded immediately to our concern, and when the manufacturer was apparently confused about the problem, Ken took the time to come to our house to measure and photograph the door, and then he figured out how to get us the correct panel right away. He even came back the next day and installed the new panel himself!
We are very grateful for this excellent customer service, and would absolutely recommend National Door to anyone looking for a new garage door.
