How it usually runs
- Plan-stage specSend elevations or a plan set to office@nationaldoor.net. We come back with door options for each plan, glass, panel profile and hardware called out.
- PricingVolume or community pricing is available. We price by community or by lot, to match how you budget, and options are priced separately, so each upgrade is clear from the start.
- OrderingWe order to your build calendar. Tell us where each house is in the build, and we’ll plan delivery with you.
- Install and punch listOur crew installs the doors and comes back for the punch list.
Nine manufacturers, one supplier.
We're a Clopay Advanced Authorized Dealer and also carry Northwest Door (Hörmann), C.H.I. Overhead Doors, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Carriage House, Midland, Elegant Door and Wiśniowski. Our openers are LiftMaster and Genie. If one line runs late, we can talk through moving the spec to another.
Pick doors in our showroom by style and material. Each has a small reference: put it on the spec sheet, and the order matches what you picked.
- Lead times
- Quoted for each line when you order. If a manufacturer tells us a line is slipping, we pass it on.
- 1 year on our workmanship
- Parts carry the maker's terms. The crew that installed the door comes back for it; our longest-serving installers have been here 30 years.
