A new opener on the door you already have.
An opener usually wears out before the door does, and a new one goes on the door you have. We're a LiftMaster dealer, and we install and service them. We install Genie openers too.

What a new opener does for you.
Ask about any of them on your quote.
- Your phone knowsLeft the door open at 10 p.m.? myQ, LiftMaster's app, tells you, and you close it from wherever you are.
- A camera in the openerSecure View looks down into the garage, with two-way audio, so you see what is in there as well as whether it is shut.
- Power out? Door still opens.Windstorms take the power out for hours. Ask for battery backup on your opener quote, and skip lifting the door by hand in the dark.
- Safety sensors includedOlder door with no photo-eyes? We fit them with the new opener, as part of the job.
We check the door before we fit anything.
A sound, balanced door takes a new opener without touching the door. An unbalanced one makes the opener fight the spring every cycle, and it wears out early. So the balance gets checked first.
