What the forms on this site collect, who reads it, and how long we keep it. Short version: only what you send us, and we sell none of it.
What the forms collect
Only what you type or pick. For each kind of request:

Each request is saved with the time it arrived and a short request number. The forms take no photographs or files.
What they do not keep
The request forms do not store your IP address or your browser's user agent with a request. They ask for no payment details and no passwords, and they do not sign you up for text messages or email.
Who reads it
Requests go to National Door, Inc., so we can answer what you asked. They're stored by our website host, and each one is emailed to the shop's office so someone sees it. Our web developer can see them while maintaining the site.

Nothing is sold
We don't sell what you send us, and we don't share your phone number or email with anyone for marketing.
How long it is kept
The website keeps each request for 6 months, then deletes it. The copy emailed to the office stays with the shop's other email.
In your browser
The site remembers two things in your own browser: whether you chose light or dark, and the doors you saved. Neither is sent to us, except that opening your saved list puts its door numbers in the page address. Clearing your browser's site data removes both. The pages carry no analytics and no advertising scripts.
The typefaces are served from this site, so loading them asks no one else.
Maps
The maps on this site are embedded from Google Maps, so Google may receive your IP address when a map loads.
